School Principal ECD Jobs 2025
SAV is looking for a dedicated and experienced ECD School Principal to effectively manage our day care facility. This role involves overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring high-quality early childhood education and care. Key responsibilities include staff management, service quality control, financial oversight, and stock control.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12.
- SAPS clearance.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Foundation Phase Education NQF5.
- Good managerial skills.
- Relevant working experience.
- Good relationships with people.
- Person must be in good health.
- Person must be responsible, honest, trustworthy, and patient.
- Language abilities (writing and verbal) in Afrikaans and English. Teaching in Afrikaans.
- Person must be able to maintain discipline.
- Computer literate.
Summary:
The ideal candidate must have NQF5 qualifications in Foundation Phase Education, strong managerial skills, relevant work experience, and proficiency in Afrikaans and English. A SAPS clearance certificate and computer literacy are also required.
Duties / Experience:
- Effective management of the facility.
- All tasks and responsibilities to be expected of a Principal at an SAVF Day Care Centre, for example:
- Management of staff.
- Quality control of service delivery.
- Financial control.
Salary: According to SAVF scales.
