Salary: As Per Sectoral Determination

Requirements:

• PSIRA Grade C.
• Grade 10.
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written in English.
• Must be willing to work shifts
• Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act
• Must reside in surrounding areas around Makhado Mine.
• Medically Fit.
• First Aid.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Able to handle/manage all aspects of the mining security operations.
• Physical Security Deployment.
• Access Control.
• Mine Health and Safety Act.

Must be willing and give consent to the following:

• Integrity test – conducted through a polygraph test with selected questions.
• Credit background check.
• Criminal background check.
• Principal check – Involvement in any other company or business
• Illegal Substance test.
• Previous employment background check.
