Post: Semi Skilled
Location: Eskom Koeberg Nuclear Power Station (Cape Town)
Requirements:
- Standard 8 (NQF level 2).
- No experience needed.
Display basic knowledge of various hand tools
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams.
- Interpersonal Skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure good housekeeping.
- Assist with handling of materials [ e.g., Gaskets, Bolts, Plates and Pipes, etc.].
- Loading and off-loading of equipment on vehicles.
- Assist the artisan with coupling and uncoupling welding cables and air hoses, as well as collecting tools from and returning them to the stores.
- Responsible for using any equipment to complete tasks assigned.
- Ensure inspections on equipment are in place before utilising.
- Open to being developed and skilled depending on capabilities and willingness to learn.
