Description

• We have an opportunity in our RoSSA team for a Senior Franchise Business Consultant, Reporting to the RoSSA Operations Director.
• This role will be responsible for developing a strong influential relationships with a portfolio of franchisees across Rest of Sub Saharan Africa.
• The key aim will be to grow and strengthen the franchise business operations.
• This role will ensure that franchisees are running great restaurants, ensuring protection of the brand and supporting in the implementation of all tools, processes and compliance as set out in the IFA and Franchise
• Policies Manual, ultimately culminating in a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive engagement and alignment with Fz partners through regular Business Reviews/Connects
• Ensure focus on World Class Operations through the Operations Capability Assessment (OCA) and various other tools, with ongoing support and follow up
• Field Visits, in restaurant, with Fz leadership teams to ensure optimal operating standards are in place and complied with
• Build franchise capability through ongoing coaching, workshops, roundtables etc.
• Administration and ongoing communication and alignment

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent buisness related qualification

Experience:

• 5-8 years overall experience,
• with emphasis on operations in a retail and/or consumer orientated service industry, preferably multi-outlet food/quick service restaurant environment
• Experience, ideally, spans both operations and people capability

Skills/Competencies:

• The individual will require the ability to assertively communicate well across all levels of the Fz organisation
  and have the ability to lead through influencing,
• strong interpersonal skills with a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

Competencies will include:

• P&L understanding and commercial awareness,
• problem solver that is results orientated and the ability to integrate and accurately evaluate multiple sources of information and to make interpretations that will help Fz’s gain awareness and thereby achieve agreed-upon results
• Strong capability building skills including presenting and facilitating. Sound computer literacy skills, administration and ops understanding or experience are mandatory
