Job Content:
Perform daily cleaning inside and outside the laboratory, requesting for relevant supplies to ensure ongoing availability of service, preparation of identified areas (i.e. boardroom for meetings).
Key Performance Areas
General cleaning of identified sections within the Laboratory section/s. Cleaning of identified outside areas. Distribution of sufficient supplies of hand soap, toilet paper, air freshener etc. to toilets to ensure ongoing availability thereof. General cleaning of Laboratory including windows, floors, cupboards, benches, walls basins blinds and any other cleaning requested by Controls/Managers. Adhere to in house Management system procedures based on ISO 17025 requirements. Adhere to the company and scientific services safety policies and procedures. Participate in health and safety related activities where required. Ensure adherence to ERWAT safety procedures and policies and in accordance with OHS Act (Occupational Health and Safety Act).
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 8 (at NQF Level 2) or N1 Qualification (at NQF Level 2).
