Key Performance Areas
Execute repairs and maintenance activities on building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscape and related equipment parts and components on all ERWAT sites. Assist in the development of maintenance SOP’s and the continuous revision thereof where necessary. Carry out routine maintenance on all Buildings and its auxiliaries according to the technical requirements and ERWAT standards and recording on the CMMS In performing his/her, duties the incumbent must always ensure adherence to Safety Standards and technical standards at all times. The incumbent must immediately report unsafe installations. Assist the immediate supervisor with general administrative tasks as may be required from time-to- time.
Requirements
- Grade 10 / N2 / NQF 2.
- Code EB Driver’s License.
- 5 years working experience in a repairs and maintenance environment.
- Understand basic, building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscape and related maintenance activities.
- Relevant electrical/trade certification (desirable).
