Toyota Boshoku South Africa: 2024 Learnership Programme X14
Toyota Boshoku South Africa has an opportunity for unemployed individuals who wish to enrol on a Learnership Programme for a period of 12 months. The Learners will earn a stipend during the Leamership Programme while getting an opportunity to gain theory, practical work exposure and obtain a National Certificate in Production Technology NQF Level 2 Qualifications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a South African Citizen.
- Be in possession of a valid SA ID document.
- Must have passed Matric / Grade 12 (including Pure Maths and English).
- Be unemployed, between ages 18 to 28 years old.
COMPETENCIES:
- Proficiency in English (Read, write & speak).
- Good time management.
- Self-motivated and team player.
- Committed to learn and willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
The company reserves a right to give first preference to families; children and guardian children of TBSA members who will meet the requirements. The TBSA members will be allowed to submit a maximum of 1 candidate.
Successful candidates will be entered into a binding contract with TSA & MERSETA and be expected to complete the 12 months Learnership Programme.
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a selection and interview process.
