Field: YES Initiative Call Centre Agent
Period: 12-month fixed-term contract
To do our part, we are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude and who are hardworking and enthusiastic to join our initiative. We will give preference to applicants living in the Johannesburg CBD, applicants with no previous work experience and who have not worked in the 12 months leading up to the date of the application, and applicants from underrepresented groups. If you meet these and the other requirements below, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
If your application is successful, you will have the opportunity to fulfil a range of roles in Nedbank.
You will need to do the following:
- Engage with clients through various mediums like email, phone and SMS.
- Help the team be effective by delivering on your duties.
- Help manage knowledge and ensure continuity and team success by participating, contributing and sharing knowledge with the team.
Minimum requirements
You must:
- Be 18 to 29 years old.
- Have a matric (Grade 12 National Senior Certificate), with Mathematics as a subject.
- Be passionate about client service or sales.
Technical or professional skills
- You can speak and write in English reasonably well. (Being able to communicate effectively in any other South African languages will be an advantage.)
- You have basic computer knowledge.
