- Grade 10,11 or 12 Matric.
- No criminal records.
- Must Have SA Smart Card ID.

General Education and Training Certificate: Adult Basic Education and Training
The General Education and Training Certificate: Adult Basic Education and Training will provide Learners with a formally, recognised qualification. Once the Learner have achieved this qualification on NQF Level 1 they can then progress to more advanced Wholesale and Retail qualifications. This qualification is rooted in actual practice and the learner is expected to be part of a public or private organisation and/or company operating in the arena.
National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations Merchandising
The National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations Merchandising, addresses skills and competencies for enabling entry-level employment and positions within the Wholesale and Retail sector. Once the learner has achieved this NQF Level 2 qualification they can access opportunities for further development and training in specialised areas in the Wholesale and Retail sector. This qualification is rooted in actual practice and the learner is expected to be part of a public or private organisation and/or company operating in the arena.
National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations Stock Control in a Distribution Centre
The National Certificates: Wholesale and Retail Operations Stock Control in a Distribution Centre is a continuation of NQF Level 2 National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations. The learner assessed as competent against this NQF Level 3 qualification will be able to to understand and acquaint themselves with the underlying principles of all the major areas related to distribution within the Wholesale and Retail sector. This qualification is rooted in actual practice and the learner is expected to be part of a public or private organisation and/or company operating in the arena.

The National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Distribution, equip learners to understand and acquaint themselves with the underlying principles of all the major areas related to distribution within the Wholesale and Retail sector. This NQF Level 2 qualification aims to provide career paths through various levels and areas of the Wholesale and Retail sector. This qualification is rooted in actual practice and the learner is expected to be part of a public or private organisation and/or company operating in the arena.
National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations Retail Sales
The National Certificates: Wholesale and Retail Operations Retail Sales is a continuation of NQF Level 2 National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations. The learner assessed as competent against this NQF Level 3 qualification will be able to ensure a positive customer experience in a Wholesale and Retail business unit and explain how employees can influence the objectives of a Wholesale and Retail business unit. This qualification is rooted in actual practice and the learner is expected to be part of a public or private organisation and/or company operating in the arena.
National Certificate: Wholesale and Retail Operations Supervision
The National Certificates: Wholesale and Retail Operations Supervision NQF Level 4 equip learners to understand and acquaint themselves with the principles of supervision and team leadership within the Wholesale and Retail sector and to provide career paths with associated Learnerships through various levels and areas of the Wholesale and Retail environment. This qualification is rooted in actual practice and the learner is expected to be part of a public or private organisation and/or company operating in the arena.

LEA was developed with the objective to provide at the workplace, a structured learning opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills that leads to a registered qualification. The theoretical learning includes Formative – as well as Summative Assessment and Portfolio of Evidence. Practical skills are developed through workplace experience which is undertaken at the learner’s place of work.
