SALARY RANGE: R 138,486 – R 163,131 PER ANNUM (EXCLUDING BENEFITS)

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 10.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant experience in a general worker or related field.
- Able to do physical related tasks.
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects.
- Willingness to learn.
Key Performance Areas
- Assist the Foreman with all maintenance related and housekeeping tasks.
- Sweeping and cleaning of grounds, lawns, passages, parking areas, court yards etc.
- Maintain tools a s required.
- Cleaning of areas surrounding the bins/skips.
- Assist with store keeping functions (counting of stock, packing of stock, cleaning of stock of
store rooms). - Assist with diverse utility functions.
- Moving of furniture and other items.
- Must be prepared to work overtime.
- Any other or reasonable request by Campus
- Manager, Administrative Supervisor or Foreman.
- Dusting and waxing office furniture.
- Sweeping, scrubbing and waxing of floors.
- Vacuuming and shampooing floors.
- Cleaning walls, windows and floors.
- Emptying and cleaning of dirt bins.
- Collecting and removing of waste papers.
- Freshen the office areas.
- Cleaning of basins.
- Wash and keep stock of kitchen utensils.
- Refilling hand wash liquid soap.
- Replace toilet papers hand towels and refreshners.
- Empty and wash waste bin.
Keep and maintain cleaning materials and equipments:
- Report broken cleaning machines.
- Cleaning of machines (microwares, Vacuum Cleaners) and equipment after use.
- Request cleaning materials.
