Bergrivier Municipality hereby offers an opportunity to interested employees and members of the public to be trained as Traffic wardens / Peace Officers.

Total Persons: 30 people
Target group: Youth (persons between 20yr-35yr)
Type of Post: Training Opportunity

Purpose of Job: To be trained as a Traffic Warden / Peace Officer.

Minimum Requirements for selection:

  • Grade 12;
  • SAPS Clearance Certificate;
  • Must be between 20 – 35 years of age;
  • Certified copy of SA Identity Document;
  • Must reside within the Bergrivier Municipal Area;
  • Candidates with a valid Learner- or Driving licence will receive preference (in the recruitment process);
  • Candidates employed by the municipality will also be considered for training.

In addition to the above, candidates must pass the following during the recruitment and course period:

  • Training will commence within the Bergrivier Municipal Area.
